Title:Two Liter Purse
Supplies: Empty Soda Bottle (2 liter), string or ribbon for handle, paper to cover around bottle, hole punch,
Instructions:An adult cuts the top off a plastic 2 liter soda bottle. Glue a piece of paper around the bottle. (we used an 8 1/2 x 11 scrapbooking paper, and cut it down to fit the height of the cut bottle) Use a hole punch, to cut a hole 1 \" down on each side of the top open edge, on the soda bottle. Tie ribbon to the holes, for a handle.

Title:Sock Frog

Supplies: Sock(washed), felt(some type of green and you'll need a lot), 2 cotton balls, scissors, glue.
Instructions:Roll the sock inside out then take some of the felt and cut two strips of felt then glue them to the back of the sock like an X.Then take your 2 cotton balls and glue them on the back of the sock and thre you go you have a sock frog and by the way what are you going to name it.

Instructions:first, Draw a snowman on your paper, then glue the marshmallows inside your lines. Finally, take your black marker and draw your eyes and your buttons, and theres your snowman!

Title: String Phone
Supplies:
Two paper cups, a nail, two paper clips, a piece of string (5-10 feet long)
Instructions: First poke holes with the nail in the bottom of the two cups. Next, push the string through the outside of the first cup and tie it to the paper clip on the inside. Tie the other end of the string to the second cup the same way. Your phone is ready to be used. Just make sure that the string is taut when talking - this makes it a better connection! Based on a Science lab project in my son\'s second grade class.

Title: My Body
Supplies:
large paper, marking paper, yarn, glue, crayons.
Instructions:Put paper on floor then child on top of paper. Trace around the child. You can have the child put their eyes, nose, mouth, etc. on and they can put some clothes on it. Take yarn and put it on for hair. For older children you can have them put their organs on the body. This is an easy way for children to learn about their body.

Title: Lava Lamp
Supplies:
24oz pop bottle,baby oil,water,and food coloring
Instructions: you rise the bottle then you measure 10 oz of oil and dye the oil u want it with the coloring then you pour it into the pop bottel. After that repeat with the water and then put the cap on tight and shake shake and wath it seperate again. you can also put beeds in the water or something to look neat.

Title: Stop Sign
Supplies:
Black cardboard, cardboard milk carton, plain piece of paper, felt pens, scissors
Instructions: Cut the top of of the milk carton off, and cover with black cardboard. On plain piece of paper, cut out 3 circles that will fit onto the face of the covered milk carton. Colour each circle,one red, orange, green. glue onto face of milk carton. when finished can put it on stick or pole.

Title:String Painting
Supplies:
Paper, Tempera liquid paint, String or yarn,
Instructions: Drop some paint onto a piece of paper and let your child make a design by dragging string through the paint and around the paper. Try it again by dipping the string in the paint and dragging it across the paper. Use different types and lengths of string and yarn for varying effects.
Title:Paint Pen
Supplies:
Empty roll-on deodorant bottle, Tempera liquid paint,
Instructions:To make a giant paint pen for your child, pry off the top of a roll-on deodarant bottle. Fill the bottle with liquid tempera paint, and snap on the top. Your child can use this tool to draw pictures, practice letters/numbers, or create abstract designs.
Title:Rainbow Fan
Supplies:
Paint sample cards, Hole punch, Paper fastener, Yarn or string,
Instructions:Pick up some colorful paint sample cards from your local hardware store. Punch a hole in the center of the bottom and top of each card. At one end, join the cards with a paper fastener. At the other, lace yarn through the holes in each card to form the top of a fan.

Title:Pop Up Books
Supplies:
Five pieces of construction paper, magazine clippings, pictures or drawings glue, scissors, etc
Instructions:Fold all your consruction paper into halves.Cut different sized squares into each page.Write a small story in the middle of each page.Glue all of your assorted pictures around the page.Glue all the pages together and enjoy!

Title:Bath Paints
Supplies:
Shaving cream, Food coloring, Muffin tin, Spoon, Paintbrushes or sponge,
Instructions:Squirt shaving cream into the individual sections of a muffin tin. Add a few drops of food coloring to each section and mix with a spoon.

Title:Alphabet Puzzle
Supplies:
Index cards, Pen or markers, Scissors,
Instructions:Print a capital letter on the left side of an index card and the corresponding lowercase letter on the right. Cut each card into two parts with a wavy or zigzag line to make two puzzle pieces. Mix all the puzzle pieces and have your child put them together again.
Title:Pillow Quilt
Supplies:
one pillow case, yarn, batten(enough to fit the pillow case), fabric pant, sponges, needle, sewing thread, pencil, 5 inches wide cardboard,
Instructions:Place the batten inside the pillow case.then place the cardboard to the edge of the pillow case draw a line down, keep going across to the end, then turn and repeat, until you have squares. Next thead the yarn and on the lines where they make an x( + ) thread top to bottom and back. Tie off and repeat. Then make sponge designs. Sew the bottom closed, let dry. OPT. you can have family, friends, classmates...etc sign it

Title: Mooshy play dough

Supplies:
Elmer's glue(jug),food coloring,liquid fabric softener,large bowl,ziploc bags
Instructions: Pour glue and fabric softener in bowl(measure as much as needed) mix with color to make pretty. The play dough should not be sticking to hands. When blended, put in fridge to keep cold (always put in fridge after using) have fun and "smile"

Title: Dragon Breath
Supplies:
cardboard toilet paper roll,construction paper,pieces of tissue paper, scissors, glue
Instructions: cut construction paper to fit around the cardboard roll, and glue in place. cut thin, short pieces of tissue paper in the colors of fire and glue them inside the roll. once dry, push the ends of the tissue paper inside the roll. put to your mouth and blow very hard and then you will have fire breath.

Title: Alligator Craft or Card
Supplies:
Scissors Pencil Green Construction paper or plain white that the kids can color and decorate
Instructions: 1. Fold a piece of green paper the long way.
2. Draw an alligator shape on one side of the paper. Draw a long snot, two legs, and long tail; the fold line will be the alligator\'s back.
3. Cut about 6 small diagonal slits along the back of the alligator (along the fold line).
4. Unfold the paper. Fold over each of the slits you cut forming little triangles. Then fold the paper back down the middle again.V
5. Draw a big, toothy mouth and an eye onn the alligator. Cut out the teeth if you like. Decorate the alligator.
*If you want to make this a card, simply open up the alligator and write your message in side.

news paper torn ; ponal glue; water ;balloons and 5 bottle tops 2 black circles
Instructions: Start of by mixing the glue with some water; blow baloons up tie them dip the news paper in glue water and stick on balloons let it dry between every layer after 5 layers paint it any colour and let dry stick the bottle tops on for legs and a snout ; stick 2 black circles on for eyes and 2 triangles for ears

Title: Personally Designed keychains
Supplies:
key ring. leather string or wire or tanned hide that you cut into strips.
Instructions: personalized key rings are great gifts or will add a trendy flair for your own key ring. simply cut strips of leather thin enough to fit pony beads into. fold leather onto key ring and pull evenly. You might start by using a larger bead so that you can thread both ends through the bead to keep it in place. you can then add pony beads in any fashion but not too many. then simply let the remainder of the leather to hang. Tie a knot at the end of your design or squeeze a smaller size bead or use a crimping bead to the end of your design.

Title: Wishing Pyramid
Supplies:
1 Sheet strong stiff paper (Brown paper bag works) Scissors Glue things to decorate it with
Instructions: Make a triangle template with a ruler. Whatever size you want. Trace it onto the paper so that there is a square in the middle of four triangles. Now add tabs down the edge of the triangles so you can fold them down and use them for gluing the pyramid sides together after. Cut out. Fold on all the lines. Now get the children to write down a prayer or a wish and put it in the centre. Fold and glue the sides up and decorate the outside of the pyramid. If the paper is not that stiff do not put anything too heavy on it. We did fine coloured sand patterns they turned out good. The kids wanted to give it to the person they prayed for.

Instructions:Cut out the tree trunk with bare branches. Have children punch out leaf shapes from different colored construction paper. Have children glue the leaf shapes to the different branches of the tree.

Instructions: put the milk carton on its back and cut the other side out. put the foam paper on the milk carton(so the milk carton dont get soggy that easy) staple it. glue the popsicle stick to the botten of the boat(for a flay pole). cut out some of the foam paper and staple it onto the popsicle stick for a flag. you can color on the flag w/ your markers

Title: Marble Painting
Supplies:
Marbles or small balls, a box similar to a shoe box lid, tape, paper and paint.
Instructions: Tape the piece(s) of paper down inside the shoe box lid. Dip a few different marbles in different colours of paint. Put the marbles in the box and shake the box back and forth letting the marbles roll all around. It makes a really neat painting.

Title: Play-Doh
Supplies:
-flour -water -oil(canola,vegetable,olive or other oil like that) -salt -bowl()for mixing) -plastic sandwich bag
Instructions: First you add the flour and water into the bowl. Next you add the oil and salt into the bowl.Then you mix it together with your hands. If it is too watery,add some more flour and salt. If it is too dry, add some more water and oil. Make sure you keep it in a plastic sandwich bag and seal it properly. Have Fun!

two kleenex, black marker one samll elastic or piece of string.
Instructions: Bunch up one kleenex. Place it in the center of the second kleenex and fold around the balled up one. Then use the elastic to hold the seond kleenex around the first making the ghost shape. Use the amrker to give your ghost a face.

Instructions: with the first sheet of paper cut out a snowflake, place your snowflake on a flat sufface. Put the second peice of paper ontop of your snow flake. Rub the side of a crayon on the sheet of paper. Voila! you now have a colorful image of a snowflake.

Instructions: First dump two teaspoons of glue in the large bowl.Next,add one teaspoon of liquid starch.Mix with a fork until it clumps and start working with your hands.If it is to stringy add more glue.If it is to sticky add more liquid starch.(I usally end up adding a little more glue then a little more liquid starch).

Instructions: Wrap the box with aluminium foil by using the double sided tape or selefon tape,then use up the construction paper to paste and write something on top of it by using the marker pen / glitter pen. Title: Finger Knit
Supplies:
Yarn and 4 fingers
Instructions: Take yarn (any color)Weave it around your first, middle ring and pinkey fingers. keep doing this untill there are 2 loops on each finger. Then take the bottom loop and bring it over your finger. do this with all your fingers. then weave the string through the same fingers again and repeat the other steps. keep doning this untill it is at the length you want.

Title: No cooking Play dough
Supplies:
You will need: 1 cup of cold water 1 cup of salt 2 tsp. of vegetable oil 3 cups of flower 2 tbsps corn starch Tempera paint OR food coloring
Instructions: This is a great craft for when it\'s too hot to cook, or you\'re babysitting, and it\'s not a good idea to use a stove. Mix water, salt, vegetable oil, and enough food coloring or paint for the colors you want. Then work in flower and corn starch gradually, until the mixture is the consistency of dough. Enjoy!
